“All the staff here have specific job titles, e.g. program worker, volunteer coordinator, etc. There are 2 staff who are primarily responsible for coordinating & running registered parent education programs. They’re currently called “Parent educators”, but we all feel that doesn’t capture the reciprocal nature of the work they do. We’re looking for a job title that isn’t weird or cumbersome, but captures the idea that we all learn from the group participants. I’m wondering how other folks have dealt with this.”
